أصدر المستشار عبدالمجيد محمود، النائب العام، أمس، قراراً جديداً بقائمة من الممنوعين من السفر، تضم عاطف عبيد رئيس الوزراء السابق، وفاروق حسنى وزير الثقافة السابق، وأسامة الشيخ رئيس اتحاد الإذاعة والتليفزيون الحالى، ومحمد أبوالعينين، وياسين منصور، وحامد الشيمى، وحلمى أبوالعيش، وعمرو عسل، ومدحت المليجى، وأدهم نديم، ونهاد رجب، ونبيل عبدالعظيم.
وأوضح مكتب النائب العام أن قرارات المنع من السفر اتخذت بعد بلاغات تلقتها نيابة الأموال العامة العليا ضد هؤلاء المسؤولين ورجال الأعمال.
من جهة أخرى، قالت مصادر قضائية إن نيابة الأموال العامة انتهت من التحقيقات مع أحمد عز، أمين التنظيم السابق فى الحزب الوطنى، وعمرو عسل، رئيس هيئة التنمية الصناعية، فى تهمة الحصول على رخصتين لإنشاء مصنعى حديد فى السويس دون وجه حق، كما انتهت من التحقيقات مع أحمد المغربى، وزير الإسكان السابق.
وأضافت أن النيابة تعد الآن قرار إحالة المتهمين الثلاثة إلى المحاكمة، ومن المنتظر أن يصدر النائب العام قرار إحالتهم خلال ساعات. وأيدت محكمة جنايات القاهرة، أمس، القرار الإضافى الذى أصدره النائب العام بالتحفظ على أموال وعقارات وأسهم وسندات أحمد عز، وزهير جرانة، وأحمد المغربى، ورشيد محمد رشيد، وزوجاتهم، وأولادهم القصر، و٧ آخرين من أصحاب الشركات.
وأيدت محكمة جنايات الإسماعيلية قرار التحفظ على أموال أمين أباظة، وزير الزراعة السابق، ورجلى الأعمال محمد أبوالعينين، وعمرو منسى.
